Issue with Microsoft.Windowsazure.ServiceRuntime

When I run it in a worker role, I get:
System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure.ServiceRuntime, Version=1.8.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad

I am facing the same issue. It's complaining about the same missing assembly either running from worker role or command prompt. Have you got that resolved?:
